We have developed our salsa recipe over the last 14 years using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients, carefully cooking each batch taking great care to duplicate each one to assure it has the same heat and flavor. These salsas are more than just a dip with its fresh spicy flavor it creates unbelievable dishes that the whole family will love.

Our Piccalilli (seasonal green tomato relish) is a recipe handed down through our family from my Great Grandmother which was developed as a need to not waste produce that was left at the end of the growing season.
