Taco Pizza
One 12" precooked thin pizza crust
1/4 pound browned hamburger drained or ground turkey
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Lettuce finely shredded sprinkled to cover
Cush's Homegrown salsa you choose the heat but we suggest to strain off liquid for this recipe.
Sliced black olives (optional)
Dollops of sour cream how many is up to you!
Place pizza crust on a pizza stone or cookie sheet spread cooked ground beef or turkey on crust. Top meat with cheese and put under broiler (winter) on your grill (summer) till cheese is melted and bubbling. Remove from heat and top with lettuce, salsa black olives and sour cream
Quick No Chop Chili
1 Lb browned turkey or beef
1 jar Cush's Homegrown (we recommend "HOT")
4 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
2 16 oz can red kidney beans
Brown meat in skillet coated with olive oil and drain off extra oils In a saucepan add all ingredients and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes For best results cook the day before and refrigerate over night reheat and serve Can be topped with a dollop of sour cream
Frittata with Cush's Homegrown Salsa
1 Tablespoon of oil
4 eggs whisked
1 cup of Cush's Homegrown Salsa (drained)
1/4 Grated Parmesan cheese
Heat oil in ovenproof skillet. Whisk eggs and salsa together and pour into skillet heat on stovetop until the eggs start to set about 3 to 4 minutes. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the eggs. Place the skillet into preheated oven 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until the center is just set.
Remove from oven and serve a wedge of Frittata with a serving of salsa for garnish.
